Natural At-Home Deodorant

Natural At-Home Deodorant

Here is a simple natural deodorant recipe that you can make at home. It smells amazing, it actually works and doesn’t contain any nasty aluminum, parabens and other additives that traditional deodorants contain.
Coconut oil is a key player in this recipe and helps to kill fungi, yeast and bacteria.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup arrowroot powder
4 Tbsp corn powder
Essential oil (sweet orange, lavender, frankincense etc.)

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the baking soda, cornstarch, and arrowroot powder.
Add the coconut oil and use a fork or pastry cutter to blend into the dry ingredients.
Add 5-10 drops of your chosen essential oil.
Add more coconut oil or baking soda to achieve your desired consistency.
